Video Creator (Level 3 Apprenticeship)
We are seeking a Video Creator to join our team via a Level 3 Apprenticeship. The role demands a creative thinker who can craft compelling video content for digital and social media platforms.

This role is London-based, reports to our Head of Content and will focus on:
Video Production: Independently produce and shoot short-form video content for social media, ensuring each video aligns with Trippin’s style and tone of voice. This includes managing shoots, communication with contributors and operating camera equipment.
Post-Production & Editing: Craft engaging narratives through editing, enhancing videos with graphics, music and sound effects. If skills allow it, integrate motion graphics to elevate the videos.
Content Ideation & Industry Monitoring: Stay ahead of trends in social media and video content. Research new ideas and contribute with ideas to help develop innovative formats and storytelling approaches for the content team’s video output.
General Support: Assist the company with any tasks as needed including practical and administrative tasks.
Having your own editing software as well as camera equipment or a high-quality smartphone for shooting is preferred but not required.
Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Programme & Training Duration: 15 months
A hybrid role with flexible hours. A minimum of two days per week in the office.
1 day per week off-the-job coaching from a Learning & Development Mentor, working towards completion of the apprenticeship program training.
30 days of Paid Leave. We believe in the power of travel - just send us a postcard.
30 Work Anywhere days. Extend your trips and work a total of 30 days per calendar year, from just about anywhere in the world.
1 Winter Break. Our offices close, and we cover the days off in between Christmas and New Year's Day.
Salary: £15k
Must be at least 16 years old at the start of the apprenticeship.
Apprenticeship Level: Must not hold a qualification at the same or higher level in the same subject area. If they already have significant skills and experience, they may not be eligible.
Minimum Educational Level: Candidates are expected to have completed secondary education with at least GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, often at grades 4 (C) or above.
Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the country where the apprenticeship is being offered.
Residency: Should have been a resident of the UK for at least three years prior to the start of the apprenticeship.
