We are looking for an ambitious Social Media Manager to join our growing team. 

You live and breathe social, with a deep understanding of platform nuances, current trends and audience behaviour. You stay on top of algorithm updates, emerging features and platform-specific growth hacks to keep our channels ahead of the curve and engage audiences effectively.

With your finger on the pulse of creative and underground scenes worldwide, you deeply understand cultural nuances and are committed to fostering a more inclusive and diverse world. 

You have an encyclopaedic knowledge of other publishers, brands, communities and creators killing it on socials. Those who tell captivating stories, push creative boundaries and build large, engaged audiences.

You love what we do and are fed by a curiosity in all things travel, arts, culture, food and beyond; you recognise Trippin and All Corners' unique position to disrupt the industry and make generational work. Work that has real cultural substance, that sets out to include and empower our network of young creative communities worldwide, all the while driven by positive and purposeful values. 

You are a clear communicator and a skilled copywriter. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for simplicity. You are a critical thinker with a growth mindset, eager to take on new challenges and push boundaries.

You thrive on collaboration, working well with people from all backgrounds, and take pride in being hyper-organised and positive.

While we don’t require specific academic qualifications, you must have a proven track record of growing new and exciting social platforms for a publisher, brand or creator. 

Being proficient in Adobe photoshop, Canva and/or Premiere is a bonus.

About the role

This role is London-based, full-time, reports to our Head of Content and will focus on:

  • Creating content across various formats — including video, graphics and more — catering to platform-specific audiences to optimise engagement and growth.

  • Managing publishing across all platforms for both Trippin and All Corners, including Instagram, TikTok, newsletters and more.

  • Crafting compelling copy that aligns with Trippin and All Corner’s tone of voice and is strategically packaged to optimise engagement and click-through rates across various platforms.

  • Collaborating on the editorial strategy for Trippin and All Corners. Developing, testing and analysing new social ideas that drive engagement and growth.

  • Staying abreast of the Trippin and All Corners projects, spotting proactive opportunities to drive social engagement.

  • ​​Leveraging your strong visual sensibility to curate images and videos that align with our brand world.

  • Staying updated on the latest social platform features and recommending publishing optimisation.

  • Consistently monitoring content insights to optimise the performance of content and reporting those learnings to the wider team.

  • Keeping our database of social contributors and community up to date, and research new people to collaborate with for All Corners insight work.

  • Proactively monitoring the news cycle and hashtags to discover opportunities for us to create our own take on trends, stories and conversations.

  • Managing and growing our online communities by fostering meaningful connections, responding to comments and messages and facilitating engaging discussions and audience trust.

  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Trippin and All Corners.

Details and benefits

  • This is a permanent, full-time position based in London

  • A hybrid role with flexible hours. A minimum of two days per week in the office 

  • 30 days of Paid Leave, excluding bank holidays. We believe in the power of travel - just send us a postcard

  • 30 Work Anywhere days. Extend your trips and work a total of 30 days per calendar year, from just about anywhere in the world

  • 1 Winter Break. Our offices close, and we cover the days off in between Christmas and New Year's Day
