We're looking for an ambitious Senior Creative Strategist to help create innovative work with positive cultural impact.

You in?

Full-time · London

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to help drive the output of the All Corners team. It’s an exciting role for someone who wants to shape every facet of our work — from intelligence & insight, white label productions, Trippin media partnerships and All Corners thought leadership. You will lead brand, communication and talent strategies, right up to concept development and see the project through to delivery. Your vision means our work is cutting edge, culturally relevant and projects surpass expectations.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for global cultures and diversifying perspectives within branded output. We’re never voyeurs — so ideally you’re embedded in culture and represent the perspectives and communities we’re passionate about.

This role is London based, full time and reports into our Managing Director.

What we're looking for

  • A true hybrid, someone who is able to be analytical and strategic, as well as thinking creatively and conceptually
  • A natural communicator, both written and verbally — a deck wizard both in making and presenting
  • Always challenging what’s in front of you, questioning the brief, and pushing back where necessary be that with client or internal teams
  • A deep passion for and understanding of global youth culture, you love keeping abreast of the latest developments in the creative industry, cultural happenings, trends and the general zeitgeist
  • Able to translate this into learnings for the internal team and external thought leadership
  • Ability to lead teams as well as work independently
  • Arsenal of strategic frameworks, processes and experiences
  • A minimum of 4-5 years experience within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking comes naturally, be that in helping to create treatments, storyboard an idea or build art direction in collaboration with creatives teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the creative strategy output of the projects within All Corners, be that brand, communication or creative
  • Develop creative briefs for all projects to deliver the output, be that strategy, content production or media formats
  • From inception to execution, you will see your vision and conceptual thinking through with the creative team across multifaceted output — be that integrated campaigns, social or talent-first
  • Working directly research teams to brief them and lead the scope, across both qualitative and quantitative scopes, which you are then able to translate into your strategy — you are passionate about cultural insight and how this can supercharge work
  • Ability to translate your research and ideas into concepts, creative platforms, 360 campaigns and varied executions depending on the brief and can be delivered against budget and production restrictions
  • Able to work in collaboration with creative and production teams, be that Art Directors, Graphic Designers or Copywriters
  • Instrumental in the new business pipeline, able to sell your strategic and creative proposals with attention grabbing presentation
  • Passionate about cultural insight and turning this into thought leadership for the All Corners brand — storytelling comes naturally to you
  • Adept at using all Google Suites, Keynote and Acrobat

  • Be forthcoming with feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes
  • A willingness to manage others as part of your progression plan
  • Champion you and your colleague’s work
  • Bring new ideas and inspiration to the table
  • Be an ambassador for the business at all times
  • Embrace our high growth fast paced environment, show entrepreneurial spirit
  • Show confidence and maturity to escalate problems early to get the help you need
  • Appetite to make a real difference, to create something new and disruptive with us
  • If you don’t quite tick all the boxes, but feel you have value to add we still want to hear from you

About All Corners

All Corners is a creative agency by Trippin. Our role is to help brands see, understand, and access a wider spectrum of youth cultures.

Harnessing the intelligence and creativity of Trippin’s globally dispersed community - of progressive consumers and enterprising young creators - we work with brands to affect positive change and make credible impact.

Using real perspectives and diverse talent across this network, we’re uniquely equipped to help our clients break down the social and cultural boundaries that exist, building marketing programs that have real legacy in the areas we are targeting. Our work is currently highly varied, with clients coming to us for tactical support (seasonal content creation and co-branded campaigns) through to deeper strategic services (getting upstream of cultural intelligence and consumer insights, creative platform ideation and direction, and so on).

Since 2021, we have been working under the Trippin umbrella, managing, producing and partnering with some of the world’s most progressive brands including a global campaign for Tommy Jeans, a localised travel campaign for Versace, and an A-Z of London - celebrating a city’s diverse energy in partnership with Nike. More recent projects have included campaigns with adidas, Channel 4, The V&A, Converse, Ace & Tate, Filling Pieces, On Running and Dr Martens. Our cultural insights clients include adidas, W Hotels and Nike Swim.

Our work goes way beyond the 'travel' associations of Trippin, and spans the full spectrum of interests, art forms and topics that matter most to young people. We are here to connect cultures worldwide, and our decision-making is guided by a set of clear values:

  1. Being additive to creative youth culture
  2. Giving a leg-up to the underrepresented
  3. Celebrating our differences as well as our similarities
  4. Putting back into our own community
  5. Being impact focused

Our vision is to systematically change the way brands embrace culture and we believe we have a unique vantage point from which to do so.

As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we’re cultivating an equitable and empathetic workplace, a listening and learning culture, and an empowered and inspired community. If you are part of a marginalised community then we highly encourage you to apply.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary is £50,000 – £55,000 PA.
  • Unlimited holidays
  • Hybrid working between our East London studio and home.
  • Work remotely abroad for up to 6 weeks
  • Work Pension scheme
  • Adhoc events, festivals + freebies
